You can join ExtraCare® and ExtraCare Plus® online or in store at the register. You can opt in to rewards at the pharmacy online and at your store’s pharmacy counter.
To join ExtraCare for FREE on CVS.com®, create a CVS account and check the “Join ExtraCare” box.
From there or if you’re already a member, you can upgrade to ExtraCare Plus for $5 a month or $48 a year. We’ll just need a form of payment.
Join ExtraCare for FREETo get your benefits, you’ll need to use your ExtraCare® card, phone number or app at store checkout and link your membership to your digital accounts.
In store: If you don’t have a digital account, bring in any offers you received in the mail or on previous receipts. You also can scan your card or give your phone number at the ExtraCare Coupon Center to get the latest deals and offers.
Online: Make sure your ExtraCare® membership is linked to your CVS® account on CVS.com® and/or your CVS Health® app. Sign in to your account and go the savings section and select Send to Card® to send your offers to your card.

Once you have attached your ExtraCare card to your CVS® account, you can manage your membership, deals and rewards online at any time.
Call 1-800-SHOP CVS 1-800-746-7287 (TTY:711) and a representative will be happy to assist you. We can transfer the balances from your lost card to a new card and mail it to you. It takes three to four weeks to arrive by mail.

Members receive 2% back in ExtraBucks Rewards on qualifying purchases from CVS®. We give you an ExtraBucks Rewards coupon in the CVS Health® app and on CVS.com® every time you shop. You need to send your rewards to your ExtraCare® card. Choose to spend them next time or watch them add up — your choice!
You can also earn 2% back in ExtraBucks Rewards on qualifying CVS purchases made on Instacart and Shipt.
Yes. You can print your coupons to use for in-store purchases. After you sign into your account and have attached an ExtraCare® card, go to the ExtraCare page and select the ExtraCare Rewards® tab. Then click or tap the print icon in the coupon to print it.
It’s the ability to send certain offers to your ExtraCare® card so that instead of printing out a coupon, qualifying offers on your card will be automatically redeemed the next time you use your card at checkout.
No. For in-store purchases, you need to scan your ExtraCare card, scan our app or give us the primary member's phone number to get credit. For CVS Health® app purchases, CVS.com® purchases, or CVS purchases made through Instacart and Shipt, you need to link or enter a valid ExtraCare card number to get credit.
